  • What is your policy on returns or exchange?

    We understand that you may occasionally wish to return or exchange your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. We do not accept: • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, and socks. • Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty, and skincare products. • Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery and handbags. Please return or exchange your items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. (*7 days of return window for items marked as winter & bottom wear). Refer to the respective product page for the specific return window. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order. Please make sure the product is unwashed and unused.

  • Can I exchange a product for a different product?

    No, we currently allow exchange only for Size (with same/different size of the same product).

  • How many times can I exchange a product?

    Exchange service can be availed up to a maximum of 2 times for any purchased style. You can exchange multiple items from the same order by creating a separate exchange request.

  • When will I receive my Exchange order?

    Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery.  

    Please keep your return item ready while the delivery partner is at your doorstep.

    **During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

  • Can I cancel my Exchange order?

    Yes, you can cancel the order before the item is dispatched. Once cancelled, return request will also be cancelled automatically.

    In case you still want to return the item, please raise a new return request.

  • Can I exchange a Click and Collect (CnC) order?

    No. Exchange is not currently open for click and collect orders.

  • Will you accept a return or exchange if I've discarded the outer packaging?

    Yes, please wrap the returned products before handing them over to our courier partner, provided it includes all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order.

  • Can I return or exchange part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was based on the total cost of my purchase?

    Yes, you can. The exchange item amount will be fully adjusted from the item of the old order which you hand over to the deliver partner.

  • What happens if I want to return or exchange a product that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Offer or a Bundle Promo?

    If you want to return part of such an order, you can place the return request for those items online and we will issue a refund with amount, equivalent to the products returned to MyCredit or Credit Card/Bank Account or Wallet.

    In case you want to exchange the product with a different size, new exchanged order will be placed by adjusting the value of the original price, subject to availability of the stock.

  • What should I do if the product delivered by you is damaged or defective or wrong?

    We don’t have exchange for damage or defective or wrong product, you can return the product by initiating it through our Max App or website.

  • If I pay for my order by Debit/Credit Card or wallet , how long will it take to process my refund?

    If you return your products by placing an online return request, here’s how it works:

     

    - We’ll take 2 business days to initiate refund post pickup

    - Your bank or card may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction depending on the mode of payment

    - If you’ve paid by Cash on Delivery, you can choose to get the refund in your bank account (details to be provided during raising return request) or as credits in the MyCredits wallet.

    - Refunds to your Debit Card, Credit Card, bank account or wallet may take 2-7 business days.

    - Refunds for Landmark Rewards points, Gift Cards or Credit Notes you've spent will be credited to your MyCredit balance

     

    If you’ve returned your products to one of our stores, refund can be received immediately in case of cash on delivery order. Rest of the payment modes will follow the above-mentioned timelines.

  • I paid for my order with Cash on Delivery. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?

    Yes, only when you Return to store. If you pay by cash and then return a product to a Max store, we'll give you a cash refund immediately.

  • I paid for my order with Gift Card. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?

    No, we do not give cash refund for Gift card. You'll receive a refund for the same amount to MyCredit in your Maxfashion account. You can then use your MyCredit balance to shop any of our brands online.

  • What is My Credit?

    Mycredit is a virtual wallet which can be used to make payments and shop online. You can use your Mycredit for quick purchases and easy refunds.

    If you pay for a product by cash and return it, we’ll refund your amount to MyCredit under Maxfashion Account. You can then use this refund to shop for anything on LifestyleStores.in, MaxFashion.in and HomeCentre.in.

    Refunds for products you've shopped for with Landmark Rewards points, Gift Cards or vouchers will also go to your MyCredit balance in your Maxfashion account.

    You will not be able to use your MyCredit balance to pay your Shipping or Cash on Delivery charges.

  • I paid for an order using My Credit balance and then cancelled the order. What happens to my balance?

    Your amount will once again be refunded to My Credit and your My Credit balance will be updated in your account.

    We will issue My credit balance for the same value as the Landmark Rewards points you've spent.

  • If I have used a promo code to place my order, how is my refund calculated?

    Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied using promo code on the product that you’re returning or cancelling. This means that you get back exactly what you paid for the product you’re returning.

  • If the order value is still eligible for the promo discount applied even after returning or cancelling a part of the order, how is my refund calculated?

    If the order value does not drop below the specified amount even after returning or cancelling a part of your order, you’ll still be eligible for a part of the promo discount. Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied on the product that you’re returning or cancelling. This means that you get back exactly what you paid for the product you’re returning.

  • If I paid for my order with Landmark Rewards points and then returned it to store, how is my refund processed?

    You'll receive a refund to My Credit in your account for the value of the Landmark Rewards points you've spent.
