How I can check my card balance?
For balance enquiry and validity of Max gift cards, SMS GCBAL <space> <16-digit card number> to 56767 or log on to maxfashion.com or visit select Max stores for offline (store) cards.

- Select Merchandise & Add to Basket
- Go To Checkout - Select Gift Card as Payment Mode
- Enter 16 digit Code and Pin Number
- Balance Payment By Debit/Card

How will the amount be refunded for the returned items, which were paid for with a Gift Card?
If you return an item bought online with a gift card, you will receive the value of the gift card credited to your Maxfashion account in the form of Mycredit (Credit note). If you have paid in excess of Gift card, it will be credited as per your payment method.

My Offline (store) Physical Gift Card is damaged/defaced. What do I do?
Visit the store with the damaged/Defaced/not read card. Store will collect the faulty card and provide a replacement along with balance, if any.

What is the maximum and minimum value on the Gift Card?
The Online Gift Card denominations can be purchased in multiples of 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000.
Offline (store) cards can be purchased in multiples of 100 to 3000.

How do I recharge/Top-up the card?
Gift cards cannot be recharged or topped up. But a customer can always purchase a new card as per the requirement.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Unconditionally Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Can be partially redeemed over multiple purchases
- Max Online Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at the physical / brick and mortar stores of Max. Similarly, offline cards can only be used in Max stores
- Multiple Gift cards can be used for a single transaction at checkout
- Can also be used during sales & promotions
- In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the Online Gift card, the difference shall be paid by the customer
- Max Online Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, under any circumstances
