  • How do I return my products?

    You can return your products in two easy ways.

    Request a return online

    1. Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
    2. Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt.
    3. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account or wallet within 2-7 business days. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account.

    Return to Store

    1. Wrap your products and make sure the tags are intact and bring them along with your invoice to any Max store, where an authorized staff member will take your package.
    2. After we check the product/s, we'll initiate the refund. If you’ve paid by cash, you can ask for a cash refund or a refund to your Max Mycredit account. If you’ve paid by card/ wallet, you will receive the refund to your source account/wallet.

  • Can I return my MaxFashion.com purchases to a store?

    Yes, you can now drop off your Max products to a Max store.

    Here’s what you need to do.

    1. Visit your nearest store: Wrap your products and don’t remove the tags and bring it along with your invoice to any Max store, where an authorized staff member will take your package.
    2. Receive your refund: After we check your products, we'll process your refund. If you’ve paid by cash, you can ask for a cash refund, or a refund to your Max My Credit account. If you’ve paid by card/ wallet, you can receive a refund to your card/ wallet.

     

    Don't forget to check the returns policy first to see which products we don't take back.

  • How can I get faster refunds?

    For faster refunds you can return the products to any of the nearest Max stores. You don’t have to wait for our delivery partner to pick up your product and by returning the products to the store you can get a easy cash refund if the payment has been made through cash or you can get in in your Max MyCredit account. 

     

    If the payment has been made by Wallet/UPI/Card/Net Banking then the amount will be refunded to the source in 2-7 business days.

  • When will you pick up the products I want to return?

    We will arrange a pickup within 3 business days once the return request has been made.

  • How do I get a refund if I paid for the order by cash?

    If you've paid for your order by cash, here’s how it works:

    - Online returns: You can get the refund either in My Credit or in your bank account. After selecting the return option on the app, you will get an option to choose – My credit or Bank account. You’ll receive refund in My credit in 48 hours if you select My Credit as your refund mode. If you select Bank account, you will get an option to enter your bank details. Please re-check and enter the correct bank details. As per the banking norms you should receive refund in 5 – 7 days.

    - Return to store: you can opt either for a cash refund or a refund to My Credit in your account if you’ve paid by cash.

    My Credit refunds go to the My Credit section in your account and can be used to shop any of Landmark online brands.

  • I just returned my products online. When will I receive my refund?

    After we check your returns, we'll approve your refund accordingly.

    If you’ve paid by Wallet, UPI, Card, Net-banking, your bank may take 2-7 additional business days to process the transaction.

    If you've paid by cash, you have two choices:

    1. You can opt for an instant refund to My Credit in your account. You’ll receive refund within 48 hours in your My Credit account.
    2. To get a refund in your bank account, you need to fill in your bank details after selecting bank account as a mode of refund while placing the return request on the app/website. Your refund will be initiated in 48 hours and it will be processed within 2-3 days as per banking norms.   

     

    If you've paid for your order by Landmark Rewards, you'll receive the amount in My Credit refund.

    If you've opted to pay by Wallets, your refund will be credited back to your wallet.

  • I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

    Here’s how your refund works:

    - If you’ve paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-banking or Wallets, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet. Your bank or wallet may take a further 2-7 business days to process your refund.

    - If you’ve paid using Landmark Rewards points/My Credit you'll receive a refund to My Credit in your account.

    - As you know, if you’ve selected Cash on Delivery, there will be no refund as you’ve not yet paid for your order.

  • How can I transfer My Credit balance to my bank account?

    You can share the following details of your bank account at help.in@maxfashion.com to transfer your My credit balance to your bank account:

    Type of account: 

    Please send the email from your registered email address only. After we receive your bank details you can expect the transfer to be done in 3-4 business days excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Are shipping and COD charges refundable?

    No. These charges are non-refundable.
