After we check your returns, we'll approve your refund accordingly.
If you’ve paid by card or NetBanking, your bank may take 2-7 additional business days to process the transaction.
If you've paid by cash, you have two choices:
- You can opt for an instant refund to My Credit in your account (if you're a registered user) or a Credit Note (if you're a guest user). Credit Notes are usually emailed to you within 48 hours of the quality check.
- You can call our Customer Service team and request a bank transfer. You’ll need to fill in your bank details on the form emailed to you. It will then take us an additional 3 days to transfer the amount to your bank account.
If you've paid for your order by Landmark Rewards, you'll receive a Credit Note or My Credit refund.
If you've opted to pay by Wallets, your refund will be credited back to your wallet.
The Omni Credit Note you receive when you return to store is issued by Qwikcilver. This voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used to shop Lifestyle, Max or Home Centre products online or in-store. Credit Notes you receive when you return a product by placing an online return request or by calling for a pick-up, are for one-time use and valid only for 6 months. They can be used to shop Max products online.
